As a chef, I cannot thank the producers enough for addressing these food issues as thoughtfully and thoroughly as they did in this episode. I was delighted with the tough take on the complexities involved and I hope this generates awareness and investigation and efficacy in educating many more on these food production crimes and dilemmas. Cheers to the folks that took this on and not sugar coating the events.
