Pop divas Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper discussed their participation in the M.A.C. Cosmetics Viva Glam campaign during their interview in the award-winning morning news program Good Morning America.
Gaga said to Cyndi, “It’s very easy for us to work together. We have a lot in common.”
“I’m sitting next to a woman I’ve admired my entire life, who’s legendary as a fashion icon and as an artist who really, really changed music for women,” Gaga continued, Cyndi cried. “We’re speaking to you about a cause that affects women all over the world. I never knew that I would be allowed to have the responsibility that I have today.”
The ad entitled “From Our Lips” was shot by Ellen Von Unwerth, a naughty homage to vintage bad girls, which is set to grace magazines worldwide later this month.
“You know you’ve got a sexy voice, ” reads the ad. “Use it! Let’s talk about how to keep your love life safer, seductive and satisfying. Just between us girls!”
M.A.C Aids Fund has donated over $135 million to fight IV/AIDS since 1994.

For a week or so the rumors were around in the media about George Stephanopoulos to replace Diane Sawyer, the co host of the breakfast show Good Morning America, but now there are reports that ABC News is likely to announce this news officially today. The ABC News has decided to replace Diane Sawyer with George Stephanopoulos.
George Stephanopoulos is currently handling the responsibilities of the Sunday show “This Week”; he will be hosting Good Morning America from Monday morning with Robin Roberts.
He will be accompanied by the new news anchor Juju Chang and weatherman Sam Champion. Juju Chang will be replacing Chris Cuomo, who will be leaving Good Morning America for 20/20.
As a replacement of Diane Sawyer, George Stephanopoulos will be an addition of the list containing male host members of Good Morning America following, Charles Gibson, Kevin Newman and David Hartman.
George Stephanopoulos has quite a history behind; George Stephanopoulos is a former political advisor during Bill Clinton Administration. He also has a crime history as George Stephanopoulos was arrested in 1995 for driving with expired license and causing a road accident in Washington DC.
He will likely to continue hosting his Sunday Program “This Week”, until the management find out an appropriate replacement. The Show This Week has been hosted by him for last 8 year since 2002; he was also named as Chief Correspondent for Washington by ABC Network during this time.
Charles Gibson who is getting retirement at the age of 66 will be replaced by Sawyer for ABC World News.
Good Morning America — Chris Cuomo is leaving GMA after Diane Sawyer for ‘20/20′.
We heard last week that Chris Cuomo is denying his departure from GMA but the latest news postings on ABC denies his denial. It has been announced officially that Chris Cuomo is leaving GMA (Good Morning America) and is now promoted to the anchor desk of ‘20/20′ and the announcer is the ex-anchor of GMA himself.
According to the details, Chris Cuomo announced today that he will be leaving GMA this week and his departure will end his three-year hosting of GMA. Cuomo has been promoted to ‘20/20′ where he will anchor the show along with Elizabeth Vargas. However, he will continue covering breaking news and will keep on receiving answers for all the shows on the news channel. On Friday, Chris Cuomo will be hosting his last day at GMA.
Talking about his new assignment at the news channel, Chris Cuomo said that it is a ‘dream job’ for him but also stated that leaving GMA was a tough decision for him to make.
Cuomo joined GMA in 2006 as the show’s news anchor. In addition to news reporting in the morning show, Chris Cuomo also reported breaking news live from the field. He has covered news like Fort Hood Shooting, Sago mince collapse, and hurricane Rita live from the field.
Chris Cuomo is an American journalist and a licensed attorney. His affiliations with ABC stared in 1999. He has interviewed all the presidential candidates during the election campaign of 2008. He has also reported on the war of terrorism in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
It is expected that JuJu Chang would replace Chris Cuomo on GMA news desk.

Good Morning America — Diane Sawyer has confirmed that this would be her last week on GMA, Good Morning America.
According to the details, ABC’s Good Morning America will be now hosted by a new anchor person as Diane sawyer is leaving the show next week. Diane Sawyer has confirmed the news that she will no longer be hosting GMA after December 11. She told the viewers that Friday would be her last week on GMA and hoped that the viewers will ‘celebrate’ this week with her. Co-anchor Robin Roberts surprise asked her that is she really giving up her day job after all that time and assured her that they will try to run the things just like her. Her three co-anchors sat with her to give an honor to Diane Sawyer. Diane Sawyer, now 63, recalled that she have hosted 2,881 GMA shows.
It was mentioned in the last show that the rest of the week GMA will share some clips about Diane Sawyer’s 20 years service to ABC network. Diane Sawyer has remained associated with GMA for more than a decade. She first appeared on the show when ABC decided to give the hosting responsibilities temporarily to Diane Sawyer.
No news has been released yet about the person who will be replacing Diane Sawyer in GMA. It is being rumored that George Stephanopoulos is likely to be the next anchor after Sawyer. ABC has announced that Diane Sawyer will be taking over the position of ABC World News anchor after Charles Gibson’s resignation from the post.
Good Morning America – During the recent interview, Jon Gosselin stated his sentiments about the recently occured separation of him with Kate.
In an interview with Good Morning America, Jon Gosselin vented out about his wife Kate claiming he was verbally abused during time together.
“I can’t sit on a sofa with that woman. I can’t sit on someone right now that I despise – I despise because she’s not speaking from the heart,” says Gosselin, who claims that he was “beaten down” by Kate during their marriage.
Jon tells Chris Cuomo that he is not sure his estranged wife Kate and her bodyguard, Steve Neild, haven’t been having an affair behind his back.
“I speculate, but I don’t know – that’s a general feel. You know, almost like when they were traveling together, I felt jealous. Here I’m Mr. Mom. And then there’s some other guy traveling with my wife.”
Jon though is still together with Hailey Glassman, whom he says he did not start dating until after he left Kate. He says, “I get encouragement from her, I get respect from her. Two things that a man needs. This is someone, I mean, like soul mate — like people joke about that. But I’m not joking about that.”
