Folks, it’s another year for the most awaited awards night for the best of bests in the entertainment industry. It’s really a night between two of last year’s blockbuster movies: Avatar and Hurt Locker.

According to reports, this year’s Oscar Academy Awards will be much exciting than the previous year, with a record-breaking 10 nominations for Best Picture and a hosting line-up by Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin.

ABC will be airing the 82nd Academy Awards on TV starting 8 p.m. EST (5 pm for the Left Coast), plus E! Online will be doing annual ‘Live from the Red Carpet’.
